July 17, 2014 On Wednesday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) value traded was recorded at PKR 3.470 billion as compared to PKR 2.889 billion registered on Tuesday, up 20 percent. Number of lots traded was 18,264 and PMEX Commodity Index closed at 3,053. Major business was contributed by crude oil amounting to PKR 2.039 billion, up 73 percent from PKR 1.179 billion.
