JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Every morning before school, my dad and I would put on the local news. Even though I was only a kid, I already knew what my passion was going to be in life. I wanted to be a news reporter.
I grew up in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. After graduating high school, I continued my dream of becoming a news reporter and pursued a degree in Telecommunications at the University of Florida…GO GATORS!
After being a part of multiple internships in the state of Florida, I landed my first gig as a Reporter/Anchor at WTVY in Dothan, AL.
There I covered stories from the BP Oil Spill, to the standoff in Midland City where a 5 year old was trapped in a bunker.
I’m now happy to be back in Florida where I can call Jacksonville my home.
If you have any story ideas, or just want to stop by and say hi, send me an e-mail.
