Sustainable biofuel agriculture talk

Kelly King, vice president of Pacific Biodiesel Technologies, will speak about the potential of sustainable agriculture for biofuel on Maui during a presentation by the Sustainable Living Institute of Maui and Upcountry Sustainability from 5:30 to 7 p.m. April 8 at the University of Hawaii Maui College.
The presentation will take place in the Laulima Building, Room 105. No registration is necessary.
The presentation will examine biofuel agriculture demonstration projects on Oahu and the Big Island, as well as possibilities for Maui.
In 2006, together with Daryl Hannah and Willie and Annie Nelson, King co-founded the Sustainable Biodiesel Alliance, a national nonprofit organization that is developing a certification process for sustainable biodiesel practices. Source The Maui News
