Fruits had big importance for good health. They create resistance and powerful immune system because the presence of vitamins, macro and micro nutrients which are essential for health full human body. Different fruits have different types of nutrients e.g. Ca, Fe, Zn.Mn, Mg, Cu. etc. and differeny vitamins i.e. A, B or complex, C,D & K.
