SAO PAULO: Exports of unroasted, green coffee from world top producer Brazil fell 12.6 percent in October to 2.56 million 60-kg bags compared with 2.92 million bags in the same month a year earlier, the Cecafe association of coffee exporters said on Wednesday.

Brazil’s now-harvested 2012/13 crop was a larger “on year” crop in a biennial cycle, which causes output to rise and then fall from year to year.
