International Agriculture Conference commences today

November 01, 2011: Farmers Associates Pakistan (FAP) has arranged a two-day International Agricultural Conference from Tuesday at a local hotel. Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif would preside over the inaugural session whereas Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Iqbal will be the chief guest.

Talking to newsmen on Monday, Dr Tariq Bucha, President FAP said that Federal Production Minister Anwar Cheema would be chief guest during the technical session and Punjab Minister for Agriculture Ahmad Ali Aulakh, experts from agriculture, representatives of international companies and a large number of farmers would participate the moot. Agri-expo would also be held on the occasion with the participation of more than 30 national level companies, he added.
